Our tenant service guarantees you a long-term tenant commitment and therefore an important contribution to a carefree property ownership. For a successful and sustainable letting of your flats and retail units, we perform regular market observations. We look for solvent tenants based on your expectations and gladly take over the whole transactions - this means from the lease agreement to the deposit, right up to the lease collection including monitoring and the arrears process. On your behalf we perform the billing of annual and individual operating costs and perform rent increases appropriate to the legal regulations. In case of a change of residence we take care of the handing over of flats and the repossession.

The letting of vacancies and the development of renting strategies is performed by our ASTOR estate agent colleagues for housing and commercial properties. When the mediation is successful, we charge a courtage consisting of two months' rent (excluding extras like water and electricity), which is normally paid fifty-fifty by the tenant and the renter.
